We can offer our best rate for recurring memberships with a 12 month contract. We also offer month to month memberships and class packs as short term membership options.
Memberships are able to be frozen for medical reasons only. Please contact us for further questions.
To ensure that everyone is able to join classes and members on the waitlist can be added, class registration must be cancelled within 12 hours of the start of class. A $10 fee applies to late cancellations.
We offer a wide range of classes that focus on strength, cardio and functional fitness. Every class type has the option to modify the exercises to fit you best. Talk to Q and she'll get you set up!
